From molecular biology labs to the food cultures of Asia, America, and Europe. I put my experience at the service of your health.
I am a Licensed Nutritionist Biologist, but my approach begins much earlier, from the deep study of the mechanisms that regulate life.
My training is rooted in Molecular Biology. I continued with a Master's Degree in Human Nutrition and a Master's in Sports Nutrition. This background allows me to analyze metabolism not only on the surface but by understanding the biochemical reactions that govern it.
Clinical Focus
I dedicate particular attention to clinical nutrition: diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular diseases, and atherosclerosis, convinced that nutrition is a fundamental pillar in the healing journey.
I lived and worked abroad for many years, immersing myself in radically different cultures.
From Europe (Paris, Madrid) to Asia (Shanghai, Tokyo), to the United States (New York).
This life experience is not just a biographical detail, but an integral part of my method. I had the opportunity to study unique culinary traditions, understanding that there is no single way to "eat healthy". This openness allows me to create varied, creative nutritional plans that respect different cultural preferences.
